Data we use

For enquiries and quotations: name, business contact and company details, message, collection and delivery addresses and contacts, schedule, goods, dimensions, weight and any attachments. For accepted jobs: correspondence, quotations, orders, transport and delivery records, and invoices. The website also uses technical information such as IP address, time and browser details as needed for operation and security. We may also receive collection and delivery contacts’ details from the customer and use them to arrange and communicate about the relevant transport.

Purposes and legal grounds

We answer enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange and perform transport, provide relevant updates and invoice it: precontractual steps and performance of a contract if you are a party; otherwise our legitimate interest in providing business services. We comply with accounting and other legal duties under a legal obligation. We secure our systems, manage administration and protect legal claims under legitimate interests. Where the law requires consent, including for non-essential cookies, we ask separately; withdrawal applies prospectively.

Recipients and transfers

Where needed, data goes to the relevant customer, supplier and recipient and their contacts; any engaged transport or storage partners; IT, hosting, email and administrative providers; accountants, insurers, advisers and competent authorities. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, a valid transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards must apply; ask us about them.

Retention

Enquiries received through the forms are retained as emails, including any attachments, in our mailbox while we handle them and for a reasonable follow-up period; transport records and invoices for applicable legal periods and the establishment or defence of claims; technical data only as long as needed for its purpose. We then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You may access, correct or erase your data and, where the law provides, restrict processing, receive your data or object. You may withdraw consent. Contact info@priorityliner.eu. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Without the contact, route and shipment information needed for a quote or transport, we may be unable to handle the request. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means. Strictly necessary cookies may support operation and security. With your consent via the cookie bar, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to statistically measure visits and successfully submitted transport requests, without sending names, email addresses, phone numbers or addresses from the request; data may be processed in the US. Without consent, Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice via the 'Cookie settings' link at the bottom of the site. We do not use marketing cookies. We update this notice when our processing changes.
